Florida
Every inspection report, read every week.
Florida inspects its kitchens and publishes what the inspector wrote. We read all of it, apply one published formula, and show you the result — so you can check a restaurant before you sit down in it.
How the score works
It is not a judgment and not an opinion. It is arithmetic on a public record, and anyone can reproduce it.
Start at 100
Every inspection begins at a hundred points.
Subtract what was found
Ten for each high-priority violation, five for intermediate, two for basic. The severity is the inspector’s, not ours.
Nothing else
We add nothing, infer nothing and estimate nothing beyond what the record states.
The CleanTable 100
Most inspections find something. A few find nothing at all — no violations of any severity. Those kitchens go on the list, every week, automatically. There is nothing to enter and nothing to pay.
